Dress Ups and Chocolate Pudding

A friend of mine gave me some hand-me-downs for Emma before Christmas. There is a variety of clothes in there. I forgot to put them away in the Christmas chaos and so they have been in my front room for quite some time. Emma started to play dress up with them. She has passed over the purple satin-y dress and the tutu with sequins. Nope, she goes for the orange and pink flower child outfit. As I type she has it wrapped around her shoulders. Occasionally she wants to actually put the clothes on.

Emma has been battling weight. Not what you might think... She hasn't gained any weight in 5 months. Maybe a few ounces. I have tried guacamole, butter on veggies, carne asada, lots of whole milk, hot dogs.... no luck. So today I broke down and gave her chocolate pudding after lunch since she ate all food groups. I have been worried about feeding her treats because she doesn't eat normal food so all I could imagine was that she would only eat treats once she tasted them. It appears that treats might be similar to food - not necessary for her existence. She liked the pudding, don't get me wrong, but she didn't finish it. She did however get a lot on her shirt then proceeded to cross her arms and get it all over her sleeves. She also managed to get it in her hair. I am expecting a trail of ants to her head when I get her up from her nap. I cleaned what I could out of her hair but it just seems to still be there.
